ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH (viz. Ltd) was founded in October 2015 - a young company with a long history. Based on several long term business relations, ARES GmbH, which has a business track of more than 25 years, continued in 2012 these relations after a strategic withdrawal of Teleperformance Austria. Three successful years later, the proprietors decided to transform the business unit of customer care to a new company. Since then, Michael Habersack-Lossmann is the sole owner of the company and also managing director.

Our clients trust in our outstanding team, which Michael Lossmann has built-up in previous years. Driven by motivation and committed to the projects, they represent an important asset of the company.

Our premises in Vienna and Bratislava provide state of the art facilities, which on the one hand guarantee the achievement of standards set and on the other hand contribute to employees’ satisfaction. Here you can find about 200 employees who work 24/7 for numerous projects of various well-known companies out of different industries, who rely on the service quality which ARES provides.

ARES offers service for all relevant communication channels, e.g. in- and outbound call center, back office and fulfillment, in various central and eastern European languages.

All our services are supervised by our long trained management team, which offers support in e.g. team- and workforce management, quality assurance as well as business intelligence. With this well-established team, we guarantee the achievement of project KPIs of our clients and partners in daily business.

Education and Development

We know and we have tried various training approaches of different trainers and training institutes. But we have decided to design our own concepts and conduct these in our in-house training academy. Together with our trainer team we consistently are able to improve attention as well as motivation of our employees. As a consequence we can proudly point to highest quality management levels. Together with external consultants we are regularly working on further improvements and the ongoing development of our training sections. Every employee of ARES passes through pre-defined basic and supplementary sections of our training academy, to gain the ability to offer perfect customer service in every situation.

Sales Force

As a matter of fact our telesales agents prove sound knowledge and longtime experience in outbound services. In addition we attach importance to sales expertise of our agents in inbound projects. Together with our clients we set measurements to encourage our team to use a customer contact for cross and upselling activities and reward the team by an implemented bonus system.

Together with our clients we focus on achieving highest customer satisfaction. Our measures to meet our standards in this area are numerous and flexible, to approach specific target groups with focus on specific topics.
One of our core emphases is represented by an intense training phase as well as a constant supervision, to ensure needed understanding.

Michael Lossmann, Managing Director and Owner

After several management positions in various fields, such as telecommunication, HR & staffing, banking & insurance, Michael Lossmann was leading Teleperformance Austria as COO.

In 2012 he took over the customer care division of ARES GmbH as managing director and established later in 2015 ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH, as managing director and from then on sole owner.

Besides this, Michael Lossmann is leading the newly set-up call center location in Bratislava, COM Solutions k.s., as well as his company COM-SULT, which offers specific services in the field of communications.
